(Introduction) 'FEEDBACK is put together and published by Pentagram for, and with the help of, friends.
Designers, artists, writers, architects and photographers have a unique advantage in that they belong to an international fraternity and, when travelling, are often taken by a friend or colleague to an interesting corner of the city. This guide attempts to do the same thing. We asked contributors to restrict their recommendations to major cities but they often also send a few exotic locations between airports.
This is the 7th edition since 1974, and has been in preparation over the last year or so. Sadly during this time several of our contributors have died. Their entries are included.
Although every effort has been made to check the descriptions, names and addresses, changes inevitably occur. We welcome any corrections or comments for future editions.'
