Process by de-construct – An exhibition in mono, 3 of 28 designs for Blanka 09/06

(About) We are de-construct, a digital communications agency with a passion for design, creativity and good ideas. From brands we all know to niche boutiques, we apply our thinking and attention to detail to create engaging and stimulating experiences. The craft of design lies at the heart of our offering, transferring our love of typography and layout into the digital landscape.

An Exhibition in Mono by Blanka was a graphic design exhibition held at the SEA Gallery in London from September 15–20, 2006. Organized by Blanka, it featured 28 leading European graphic design studios, each invited to create an A1 black-and-white poster. The brief focused on exploring the constraints and creative possibilities of monochrome design, emphasizing form, texture, and typography over color.

PLEASE NOTE: All the items we sell are out-of-print and original, and show signs of wear consistent with age. Posters in particular are delicate items that can easily suffer the effects of time and handling, so it is unusual to find vintage posters that are in pristine condition. The grading of posters has been kept as simple as possible. The condition of posters is ranked A to C, which include further sub-classifications of plus (+) and minus (-) in each case (e.g. A-, A, A+). Items are supplemented with a high-resolution image, and any specific/significant flaws highlighted. If in doubt, please contact me for further information.

Grade A: items are in excellent condition for their age. They are clean and display bright colour(s), show no sign of loss, and minimal creasing or other imperfections. Grade B: items are in good condition for their age. They are generally clean, yet may present minimal tears or loss, creasing folds and pin holes. Grade C: items are in poor condition for their age. They may suffer from soiling, fading or discolouration, in addition to more significant tears, loss, creasing.

Standard Postage: Provides 'limited cover' for loss/damage only up to £30GBP. Please select the alternative ‘full cover' option at checkout for more valuable items! Excess shipping charges will be reimbursed. Any import charges/taxes, if incurred, to be covered by the buyer.
