Incredibly scarce paperweight designed by Mervyn Kurlansky (of Crosby/Fletcher/Forbes) to promote Nobrium, a then new drug aimed towards doctors who might prescribe it. This object would have been a companion to the 'Nobrium: towards true precision in the control of excessive anxiety' book.
