In the 1950's, Knoll was the first company to recognise the value of design in the modern office. The Knoll Planning Unit worked directly with customers to help them create comfortable, functional and beautiful offices.
The Bauhaus heritage is alive at Knoll today. Knoll continues to produce furniture to the original designers' exacting specifications. Classic pieces by Marcel Breuer, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Eero Saarinen and Harry Bertoia are still in production.
