Refund policy
Eu customers can return items within 14 days of delivery; as can the rest of the world, should the buyer feel that the condition of the item is not reflective of the listed 'condition' report.
In the event that the buyer wishes to return an item, they must notify us of doing so by email first at shop@theprintarkive.co.uk
The buyer must cover all shipping costs, and assume responsibility for the safe return of all items by sufficiently packaging them.
A refund will only be processed upon safe return of the item in its original listed condition, minus the original shipping cost.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
