(Preface) 'This book describes a development process, where a design vision has been used to create better tools and surroundings for a special group of users: Persons who are blind or partially sighted. This project began with the working title City Maps for the Blind. The goal was to develop tactile maps based on individual needs, edited in CAD and made in runs as small as one copy.'
