(Preface) 'In collaboration with Olaf Nicolai, artists from Protoacademy developed a programme of symposia addressing privacy as a subject, identifying it as an area of collaborative research that encompasses some of the key issues and debates in contemporary culture. The project explored different means of disseminating information and generating discussion. Particular areas of research included the psychology of privacy, corporate control of our private moments and the role of surveillance in contemporary society.
Contains 64 pages, including in-depth interviews, critical essays, artist project notes and 20 pages of photographs- 16 in supercolour.
