Self-published in Los Angeles, the first edition was limited to 700 unnumbered copies, printed by Anderson, Ritchie & Simon. This second edition (of 3,000 copies) followed in 1970. It features 34 black-and-white photographs of mid-1960s Los Angeles apartment buildings, each captioned with its street address, presented in a minimalist, deadpan style.
