'As Is When', a scarce exhibition catalogue for a solo show of Scottish artist Eduardo Paolozzi (1924–2005). This first edition accompanied the debut of Paolozzi's seminal screenprint portfolio of the same name, a series of 12 offset lithographs (plus title page and colophon) inspired by the life, philosophy, and writings of Austrian thinker Ludwig Wittgenstein (1889–1951). As a key Pop Art figure and former Independent Group member, Paolozzi used the works to explore themes of language, logic, technology, and fragmented modernity - collaging Wittgenstein's Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus excerpts with machine imagery, diagrams, and found ephemera in his signature junk-assemblage style.

The publication is a "fugitive" item - modestly produced in a loose-leaf format - emphasising accessibility over luxury. Printed via offset lithography at Kelpra Studios (London), it includes reproductions of the prints, an introductory essay, and exhibition details.
