This iconic protest poster, designed in 1970 by the groundbreaking British design partnership Crosby/Fletcher/Forbes (comprising architect Theo Crosby, graphic designer Alan Fletcher, and Colin Forbes), stands as a witty and visually arresting critique of the UK government's proposed introduction of admission fees to national museums and galleries. Titled "We, the undersigned, deplore and oppose the Government's intention to introduce admission charges to national museums and galleries", it was produced as part of a broader campaign to preserve free access to public cultural institutions, reflecting the era's growing cultural activism amid economic pressures and Thatcher-era precursors.

They may suffer from soiling, fading or discolouration, in addition to more significant tears, loss, creasing.
