Organised as a unique insight into private collecting, the 1958–1959 "Leven met beelden" (Living with Sculptures) exhibition at the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam explored the personal hobby and passion of an amateur art enthusiast. Running until February 1, 1959, this specialised showcase displayed the modern sculpture collection of G. van de Wal, featuring outstanding works by legendary masters like Paul Gauguin, Jean Arp, Henry Moore, and Jacques Lipchitz. The accompanying promotional materials were designed personally by museum director Willem Sandberg.

They may suffer from soiling, fading or discolouration, in addition to more significant tears, loss, creasing.
